Make your selection

    1. Peruse THE CATALOG
    2. COMPLETE the ORDER FORM– if you can
    3. No need to write out the bulb name; just enter the inventory number and be sure to note how many you want.
    4.  Please note—If you order five Dahlias or any multiple of five, there is a discount.
    5. Also note that not all bulbs and tubers are available as a single.
    6. Total your order—so we can compare.


Placing your order

    1. If at all possible (by scanning and attaching or copying and pasting), please send your order form in an email to Kathleen Rochester (email on front page of catalog)
    2. When sending via email, put EGC 2021 bulb sale in the subject line.
    3. You will receive a confirmation email with the location of ORDER PICKUP.
    4. Evening Garden Club members and Linn/Benton Co. Master Gardeners may also use the drop off box for order forms on the bench by Kathleen’s front door.

Picking up and Paying for your order

    1. Walk or drive to the location in your confirmation email.
    2. Put the agreed upon total in cash or check in an envelope with your name, phone # and email on the outside.
      Make checks payable to Evening Garden Club.
    3. Give your name to the attendant and slide your envelope into the cash box (you may be able to do this from your car)
    4. Receive and check your order. Leave as quickly as possible to allow the next shopper to drive up
